About

KINDLE

"Thank you and your team for all your hard work on behalf of KINDLE these past months and for walking us so carefully and thoughtfully through the first round of state registrations.  It has been so pleasant and easy to work through this process with you. At our recent KINDLE Board meeting, I expressed to them how grateful I am that we chose not to tackle this in-house, and how professional and helpful you and Clearly Compliant have been throughout the process.  I have learned so much from you and from the process."

His Hands Free Medical Clinic

"Sarah knows the charity registration business! She was extremely helpful to His Hands Free Medical Clinic when we needed to make sure we were compliant."

Forest Springs Camp & Conference Center

"I can’t imagine what it would have taken for us to accomplish 32 initial state registrations on our own. Thank you Clearly Compliant."

Arizona’s Children Association

"Thank you for your thoroughness! Clearly Compliant – you are fantastic!"

Bur Oak Land Trust

"Clearly Compliant was invaluable in our review of the requirements for solicitation registration and in guiding us toward a reasonable, defensible and legal approach. We received constructive and thoughtful guidance about how to proceed. Thank you for advising us."

University of Northern Iowa Foundation

"We not only saved dollars in staff time by enlisting Clearly Compliant, but gained the many resources and knowledge offered by their staff. We appreciate CC's quality, integrity and the integral role they play in our fiduciary responsibilities to our donors."

Community Health Free Clinic

"Community Health Free Clinic has been with Clearly Compliant for over seven years, and I am so glad we don't have to worry about charity registrations! Generous folks from across the country provide important financial support to the clinic. Staff can focus on serving people who need medical care, not the administrative burden of fundraising compliance."

Our business embraces a simple philosophy: DO GOOD, BE GOOD.

Clearly Compliant was formed in 2009 by nonprofit professionals experienced in governance and philanthropy. We have witnessed how increased transparency and accountability leads to increased public confidence and ultimately, increased generosity.  Clearly Compliant believes that all nonprofits, large or small, should have access to information to comply with state solicitation laws and should be able to afford the cost of compliance.
